Appointments & Bookings • All treatments are strictly by appointment only. • A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final treatment cost. • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling, with loss of booking fee. • We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your booking fee • No shows” will be charged the full treatment amount. • Due to the nature of aesthetic and beauty treatments, all services are non-refundable. • Results vary from person to person; no specific outcome can be guaranteed • If you have any concerns post-treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can advise and support you. • It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to treatment. • Certain treatments may not be suitable if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have specific health concerns. • Signature by Shannon reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable. • Signature by Shannon is not liable for adverse reactions where full disclosure of medical history, allergies, or home care has not been given. • Aftercare instructions are provided to ensure best results — failure to follow them may affect your outcome.
