Appointments & Bookings

 

•All treatments are strictly by appointment only.

•A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final treatment cost.

•Please arrive on time. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling, with loss of booking fee.

 

•We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

•Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your booking fee

•No shows” will be charged the full treatment amount.

 

•Due to the nature of aesthetic and beauty treatments, all services are non-refundable.

•Results vary from person to person; no specific outcome can be guaranteed

•If you have any concerns post-treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can advise and support you. 

 

• It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to treatment.
